We have a well kept 1978 Catalina 27/SL Masthead Sloop sailboat for sale. The boat has been regularly maintained and sailed to/from Los Angeles all the way down to Mexico. This boat is fully equipped and ready to sail this summer.

The interior and exterior of the vessel is largely original with the exception of exterior painting. The only work I see this boat needing is some minor electrical work for navigation lights and top paint/top wood finish in the next couple years.
