These were purchased new by a government agency (port authority), one owner government agency used on a large aluminum hull boat, serviced and properly maintained for approximately 1,400 hours, one of the engines seized while in operation, the agency was given a price of $10,000 to replace the power head on that engine, after reviewing, they decided to just go ahead and replace the package/pair of motors, in doing so they were given a more cost effective price by another dealer selling a different brand motor so they went that direction which caused them to no longer be able to use the controls, props, etc., less than 100 hours before the one engine seized the foot on the still good engine was replaced because they ran into something with it, that new lower assembly was put on the engine less than 100 hours ago by the Yamaha dealer, we are selling the complete package/pair of engines with props that are on each, controls, gauges, wiring harness, complete package along with a shipping crate for each motor that they are bolted to that also has a top and sides, the engines are at our Yamaha dealer where they will be connected to power/fuel next Tuesday, July 28th for a complete diagnostic report to include compression test, hours, rev history, etc., that report should be available no later than Wednesday the 29th or Thursday the 30th, please message us for a copy of the report when it becomes available from Yamaha Dealer.
