1971 Chris Craft XK18 Original Jet Boat Only 200 Made

Most people don't even realize that Chris Craft made this all fiberglass boat in 1971.

Only 200 hulls produced between 1971 and 1973.

I know of no other XK-18's in this original condition. To be quite honest, I have never in all my years of boating seen one of these Metal Flake Blue boats, period!

I didn't know these boats existed until I found mine. It took years for me to pluck this boat out of a friend's collection of Chris Craft and Donzi Boats.

The technology that Chris Craft displayed pairing a Corvette LT-1 engine with a Jacuzzi Jet Drive in 1971 was sheer genius!
