Description

No Reserve Auction – Highest Bidder Wins – Title in HandBoat has all the desirable options including captains call exhaust ($3000 option) which gives you the option to tame the rumble or let the beast out of the cage. Hydraulic trim tabs to get you on plane faster, a huge benefit with the stern mounted 454. Dual battery system. Added freshwater wash down with transom shower handle. This boat is pure fun to drive and truly the Corvette of the water. We have a baby on the way and most of us know speed on the water and new born babies don’t mix. I don’t want to let her sit idle with as little as I’ll be able to use her so I’m placing her up for sale. Good chance for you to own a very fun boat! Fires right up with no problem at the turn of the key. 129 hours on the boat. I'll leave the safety equipment for you as well. I purchased this boat from a friend of mine that had the boat stored in their garage with 87 hours less than a year ago. I put just over 40 hrs on her this year. I’m very particular so I went through and replaced any parts that would typically fail with age and replaced them with newer parts. I also replaced cosmetic parts to make the boat more appealing to the eyes.Boat has a half wrap as you can see which gives it a much more modern look. Logos are domed. Color is a flat gunmetal. Pictures show the glovebox, gauge panel, and switch panels were wrapped with premium outdoor vinyl in a brushed metal finish. All new rocker switch covers were also added to clean up the look. (Gelcoat under wrap was polished out and in good condition, you can remove wrap if you decide to do so)I have replaced or fixed the following items in the past year. Not necessarily because they were broken but to increase the reliability of the boat by removing aged components that could be susceptible to failure. Also I wanted to improve the look of the boat.Reupholstered SunpadReupholstered cuddy pads in marine grade waterproof canvasRebuilt wood components of interior upholstery (port and starboard armrest area, rear bench.)Replaced starboard battery of 2 battery systemMirage Plus 23 Stainless PropLowrance GPS / Fish Finder DSIMarine StarterMarine 65 amp AlternatorCombination Raw Water / Fuel Pump ($760 Part, spare impeller in boat)Rebuilt Carburetor Water impeller Belt (Spare belt in boat)Replace Shift Boot & Shift Cable Gimbal bearing was found in good condition, no need to replaceWater Resistant Stereo HousingKenwood Bluetooth Head Unit4 Kenwood Marine SpeakersSteering CableCoil Commander (Controls Captains Call)Temperature GaugeTrim GaugeAll New Rocker Switch CoversAdded Domed DecalsHornNavigational Bow LightLED Cabin / Cuddy LightsIgnition CoilBilge BlowerAutomatic Bilge SwitchSpare Tire MountCup Holders (Front Aluminum, Back Plastic)Plastic Blower Bilge VentsSeadek added to desk to help climb to bow Trailerable Grey Cover Included Although I have put quite a bit of work into her I would consider the boat to be in very good condition for its age, please keep in mind it’s still a used boat made in 1997. I’ll attempt to cover what the known issues are left to be addressed. The trim gauge on the boat does not currently work, I spliced in a new sender and it only worked temporarily. There is some condensation in a few of the gauges but clears up once the boat is in the sun, this is fairly typical for these gauges. There are a few nicks in the vinyl wrap but nothing major. I could never get the grab handles completely clean. Hatch actuator can stick if you open it too far. Compass and depth finder do not function, didn't fix since GPS installed. Typical wear on rub rail that you would expect.PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ARANGE TIME TO COME BY AND GO THROUGH THE BOAT IF YOU’RE INTERESTED. Also contact me if you are interested in hearing the engine run and I can get you a quick video. Additional photos available upon request.I’m still using the boat so hours could increase slightly if I find the time to get out on the water. Been busy so I doubt it.Trailer is included with the purchase of the boat. Trailer is 2010 Venture Roller. Tires are in good condition except the spare which is usable but shows wear. Trailer has actuator and brake lines in place but the prior owner removed the calipers so they will need to be replaced, fairly easy job. BOAT IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH. PLEASE CONTACT TO INSPECT OR ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION. $500 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRRED WITHIN 48 HRS OF AUTION CLOSE. Full payment must be received within 10 days.
