1978 Bayliner pdgpc27 twin engine, and trailer
1978 Bayliner Bounty? We are not sure. (pdgp27)
Description
PAWN SHOP REPOSSESSED THIS BEAST. WE REALLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT, EXCEPT THAT THE OWNERS PUT A LOT OF EFFORT INTO HIDING IT FOR OVER A YEAR. IF THEY PUT THAT MUCH EFFORT INTO HIDING IT WE ARE GUESSING THAT IT MIGHT RUN. THE PREVIOUS OWNER (WHO I HAD DEALT WITH FOR YEARS AND HE WAS ALWAYS HONORABLE - UNTIL HE WASN'T),TOLD ME IT RAN WELL, BUT I AM SELLING IT AS IF IT DOESN'T BECAUSE I HAVEN'T A CLUE WHETHER IT RUNS OR NOT.
WE BELIEVE IT TO BE A 1978 BAYLINER BOUNTY, BUT I AM NOT SURE. THE SERIES/BODY DESIGNATION ON THE TITLE IS PDGPC27, WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE IT IS 27 FEET LONG. NOT SURE, BUT IT LOOKS TO BE ABOUT 27 FEET.
STATUS OF THE ENGINES, BATTERIES, ELECTRONICS, ETC... IS UNKNOWN, EXCEPT WE HAD A BUDDY ATTEMPT TO START THE ENGINES, AND WITH A BIT OF EFFORT THEY DID TURN OVER, BUT THEY DID NOT, I SAY DID NOT START. I TOLD HIM TO STOP HIS EFFORTS SINCE I DON'T WANT TO PUT ANYEFFORT INTO THIS - BEAST.
YOU CAN SEE THE OUTSIDE COULD DEFINATELY STAND TO BE CLEANED. YOU CAN SEE THE INSIDE, BUT YOU CAN'T SMELL IT SO I WILL TELL YOU IT IS MOLDY. THE ENGINES ARE TWIN VOLVO AQ160'S.
IT HAS A TRAILER. ACCORDING TO THE TITLE IT IS A 1992 EZLDR BOAT TRAILER. IT DOESN'T HAVE THE FRONT END CRANK TO LIFT IT UP AND DOWN. IT TOOK AN EFFORT TO REPOSSES.
I AM VERY CLEARLY TELLING YOU THAT WE HAVE (NO) KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THIS BOAT AND TRAILER. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE RETIRED, OR YOUNG, AND OR KNOWLEAGABLE ABOUT BOATS, THEN WE HAVE A PROJECT FOR YOU.
BUYER WILL NEED TO PICK UP IN KIRKLAND, WA. 98033. MAYBE TRADE ME A MOTORCYLE OR A FISHING BOAT.
