21' Chris Craft Bowrider Classic
Up for sale is our 1987 21' Chris Craft Scorpion Bowrider Runabout boat located in Newport Harbor, CA. This has been an excellent craft for mostly harbor cruising and also outside the jetties - surprisingly stable hull. We spent July 4th this year in Catalina Island for July 4th - see photos.
Boat has been cosmetically upgraded in the last 6 months with a new bimini top, new cover, new bow seats, teak restoration, new grills, emblems and new lettering. Uno Mas is powered by an OMC Cobra 5.7 liter (chevy 350 small block) with OMC outdrive fully rebuilt 3 years ago with new gimbal bearing, cables, bellows, etc. (have a folder full of receipts). Original engine size was 5.0, but upgraded to a 5.7/260hp during repower approx 10 years ago as well as converted to freshwater cooling for the ocean.
Reason for selling is the engine needs new work (new manifolds and top end inspection) and we are ready to upgrade to a bigger one. Would rather just sell at discount to someone who can fix it and move on to our new craft. Bring a trailer and an offer.
