1946 Chris Craft Deluxe runabout 17 foot

1946 Chris craft deluxe runabaout... beautiful "gray" boat that has been garage kept for the last 25 years according to previous boat building owner.. owned by a master craftsman specializing in hacker craft triple cockpit ships... he was saving this to be his wife and his final runabout for the lake. Ship is as seen in photos . Needs complete restoration. Comes with the original stock six cylinder engine and also the upgraded triple carb engine that was an option on the deluxe runabout. all chrome was replated over 25 years ago and stored in an attic wrapped in newspaper ... all chrome is gorgeous!see photos. Instrumentation and serial plate are all present. Stainless hull trim and engine door trim are all present ... has two stainless breakwaters.. sadly I have not the time to finish this project. Boat was surveyed by a shop for an estimate to restore . Told us the bones were really good, that she needs a replank and new bottom. Trailer is included in sale however does not have a title... bill of sale will be given. We towed this boat home from Massachusetts to Delaware with absolutely no problem .. sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied... please ask all questions before bidding.. inspections are encouraged ..
