Description
Chris Craft Commander 38' with Fly Bridge. Re powered in 2007 with Twin Diesel Volvo 300HP motors that run great. Port motor rebuilt in 2015, starboard has approximately 700 hours. Port transmission rebuilt in 2015. All new mufflers and exhaust. I have over $100,000.00 invested in her since 2007. Take this boat anywhere. Just returned 4 weeks ago from 100+ mile round trip from Smithtown, N.Y. to Montauk, N.Y. Average cruise speed is between 18-21 hours. Uses less than 14 gal/hr. Canvas is 2 years old. All Mahogany interior, either new or redone. Hydraulic steeting, Garmin GPS, new radio, dept finder, Sat. antenna, new toilet pump, props 6 years old and new trim tab pump. Boat needs nothing. I had planned on recovering Salon couch and replace fly bridge seats as they are original. Teak could use refinish. Carpet OK, about 4 years old. This boat was in fresh water (Lake Champlain) until 15 years ago when it was brought to Long Island. I've owned this boat for 13 years with great fun & success. Family growing so I'm moving up nto a 47' Commander.
