This 28’ Chris Craft Amerosport 284 has been repossessed and offered for sale due to storage liens. This boat has been a local, freshwater boat since new.

This boat is being sold with a clear title, with no liens or encumbrances.

One motor is locked up, one motor turns but won’t start.

Condition of outdrives is unknown.

The hull and deck are in good shape with no major damage, large scrapes or scratches.

The canvas needs replacement. All upholstery needs to be deep cleaned.

SHIPPING:

We do not ship boats, nor do we quote shipping prices. If you need to have the boat removed from marina other than by water, please contact a marine hauling company, or use “U-Ship.com” to obtain shipping quotes. We can provide a list go shippers that have previously moved boats from this marina.

HAUL OUT, STORAGE, AND MARINA FEES:

This boat is being sold with no liens or fees due.

The marina will charge a $10.00 per foot ($280.00) loading fee to haul boat and place on your shipper’s trailer.

RULES AND TERMS OF AUCTION:

Bidders with “0” (zero) feedback are not eligible to bid.

A 10% or minimum $500.00 deposit MUST be made within 48 hours of close of auction. Deposit can be made through PayPal, or Certified Funds sent via overnight shipper such as FedEx, UPS or similar. If deposit is not received within 48 hours, auction contract will be deemed null and void, and vessel will be offered to next highest bidder in line.

Final Payment is due within 10 days of end of auction.Final payment may be made via Cash, Check, or wire transfer. Please note: vessel will not be released until ALL funds have cleared.

Fee Schedule: Buyer has 10 days from auction end to pay for, and take delivery of vessel. After 10 days our regular storage rates will apply. A start up fee of $50.00 will apply to start up the engine (per Engine). If sale is made in the winter months, the buyer is responsible for re winterizing after start up. If the boat needs to be moved there will be a $6.00 per running foot charge to move vessel. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all transactions that take place in Michigan. In the event there is litigation filed by either party, the sole jurisdiction/venue shall be governed by Michigan law, and MUST take place in the State Of Michigan.
