1998 Four Winns 245 SUNDOWNER

Description

1998 Fourwinns Sundowner 245 with a fuel injected 5.0L with an OMC outdrive. It is 24' long and looks and runs great. It has some battle scars but still gets compliments. The interior is in very good shape for its age. There is some light mildew stains in some spots (see pics) and the thread is coming out in 2 places on the back cushion.The exterior has the dings and scratches that come from normal use. It cleans up real nice with polish with just slight paint fading on the tan stripe.The cuddy is beautiful. The last owner redid all of the cushions and added matching pillows. There is a head with a flush-able toilet and a freshwater sink in the cuddy. It is wired for ship to shore power. I have a heavy duty cord that comes with the boat. It has dual batteries with a switch.
It is currently winterized which was performed by a professional boat repair shop and fully covered with the cover that comes with it.
It comes with a Bimini top, boat cover, dual stainless steel prop, docking ropes, tow ropes, bumpers, life jackets etc.
It comes with a tandem trailer with good tires and surge brakes.I hate to sell it but I do not use it enough and I need the money to buy a house. As you can see I am selling it at well below book value.This sale is for local pick up only. I do not want to deal with freight. I may consider delivering for an extra cost within a reasonable distance.
