2012 Grady White 205 Freedom Dual Console , Bow rider with Yamaha 4 stroke

• This boat was a former rental; but as you may know, if it wasn't taken care of, it wasn't being used. These boats had all services and whatever else they may have needed performed.

• Overall, it's in good condition, an area in need of attention is it's interior. There are a couple of pieces missing [2 rear jump-seat cushions], the remainder of the interior is in decent shape.
  
• Regarding its hull, it's good & solid [again, it's a Grady White, expect nothing less]. There are no major repairs, just minor cosmetics [scratches & dock rash].
• Fresh paint was recently applied to her bottom. That should hold her for a good year or two before she needs new paint.
• This GW was well taken care of with scheduled maintenance services. Yamaha 150 4-Stroke with only 1500 original hrs, in great running condition, operating & shifting properly, compression is 160-170 all the way across, these motors are good for 4-5000 hrs without an issue [Great motor for fuel economy].
• Nice enclosed head, head needs installation [easy to install], latch on door is broken [refer to pics].
• Cruises 28 mph at 4000 RPM
• Lights, pumps & gauges all in working condition, it's equipped with a livewell in between 2 rear jump-seats. But she's in need of a pump [didn't come with one from factory]
