1988 Larson 12 passenger boat needs motor/interior work. Shorelander

I bought this 3 years ago and never fixed it. The motor needs work. The boat has been sitting outside and the interior is starting to get bad and the floor feels spongy in a couple of areas. Motor was winterized by a marina in Okoboji but the next spring all of the antifreeze ran out of the cooling system when first started and started overheating the engine. It was pulled back and trailer and never started again. Great project. May be a head gasket? Great Shorelander roller trailer included. 3.7 engine and Alpha One lower unit. Larson boats are good solid well built boats. If you have the time to fix it there is definitely money to me made. Questions? Call or text 712-660-2030
