For your condensation is our 1988 Larson DC 300 this boat is located in Page AZ (lake Powel). In an enclosed garage and has been stored inside for the last ten years. We can’t maintain our goal of 30 nights a year anymore, so here’s your opportunity for a sweet 30 foot cruiser which won’t break the bank. Recent replacements/upgrades include new VHF radio, trim tab pump, bellows, Pro Mariner 1230P charger, forward bed, bilge pump, compass, GPS, led lighting, nicro solar vent. The overall condition of this boat is good with ample salon headroom and a super layout which includes forward stateroom privacy and head access. This boat has sleeping accommodations which include a forward stateroom, rear cabin bunk and a dinette which converts to a bed. Ample storage and a adequate galley complete the salon. The head has a vacu flush toilet, shower with sump pump, ample storage and a solar powered vent. Power is provider by twin OMC 5.7 outdrives which can be trimmed above the bottom of the transom to make backing into a beach at Lake Powell super. The drives work well with a shifting adjustment needed on the cables. An extra set of props are included. Both drives will leak a bit until about a week in the water. With a full load the boat cruises best at about 24 mph. The generator is in non-working condition in need of a magneto and possible other issues. The cockpit cabin door slides poorly. Helm seating accommodates two adults with good venting. The hour meters should not be deemed accurate at 260 hours. All cockpit seating is serviceable with a few imperfections. Port rear seat supports has a bit of dryrot which is easy to correct. Storage is ample under all rear seating. A 800 watt inverter is ready for your light power needs in the cockpit as well as a solar power connection complete with a status meter. Just connect your solar panel! Battery charging is performed by a ProNautic 1230P battery charger backed up by 3 group 29 batteries. This boat show extremely well as to exterior condition but close inspection will revile numerous gel coat imperfections and cracks. The bow pulpit includes a Danforth anchor and 200 feet of 3/8 line, check out the teak! All hatches leak with one which has sealed cracks. The camper canvas and bimini are serviceable and will leak in a downpour. Towing the boat the short distance to the ramp is adequate with the included trailer. The trailer has triple axles, and surge brakes. A recent upgrade to the bunks sits the boat softly. This trailer needs new tires to be considered for a long distance trip.
