1984 Lund Pike Special Deep wide roller trailer and a 25hp Merc Tiller

I've owned this 1984 Lund Pike Special for over 20 years and it runs and drives just as it should, no leaks and never let me down. Included with the boat will be a new last year 50lb trolling motor, a new last fall cover, new last year radial tires, a spare, a freshly painted roller trailer, a 25hp 1998 Mercury tiller two stroke that gets up and goes, 2 anchors, a marine cooler, a 3 gallon gas tank, and a marine battery. The paint on the boat is scuffed from being tied to the dock and the prop has a few nicks in it that don't affect performance, but the floor is new last year, as with the carpet and 3 pedestal seats. This is a great boat, deep, wide and stable. I can walk on the side rails without any problem.
