Macgregor 26D in great condition with new Tahatsu 9.8 four stroke motor
Boat has been in both salt and fresh water over its life but motor has only seen 3 hours in fresh water. Hull and body are in great shape. Main sail is in good shape with a brand new Genoa jib sail still in box. Rigging is in good shape with the exception of two pulleys that could use replacement in the next year or so. The cabin is in excellent shape and comes with the cabin shroud that allows the pop up to up and the cabin to still be sealed off from the elements. Cockpit cushions are in great shape and rarely have been outside. Trailer has been poweder coated recently and modified to fit this boat (trailer is an 83 Macgregor trailer). Portable head is included along with everything you need to sail (life jackets, bumpers, lines, anchor, gas tank, pump sink.)
The Mac 26D is a great all around sail boat. It sails great and still offers plenty of space and room for week long adventures. With the dagger board keel you'll able to pull up and only draft 1.5' of water. And with the water ballast its super stable in the water and makes for easy towing when empty.
buyer is responsible for picking up and or arranging delivery. Iam willing to deliver for free up to 100 miles from 96150. Boat is for sale locally and i withhold the right to end auction if boat sells out right before end of auction.
