Compac 16/3 1990 sailboat with all sails including custom cruising spinnaker. Shoal keel, adjustable motor mount, fold down swim ladder, new Interlux Brightside paint all around has a few runs. Anchor with chain rode and 150' 1/2" anchor rope included. Cockpit mounted Ritchie Compass. Boat lights, stereo need work, 12 volt marine battery not included. Sails great solo, tan cockpit Bimini top included, sleeps two with space for port-a-potti. On trailer that is in fair condition with outboard motor mount on tongue, trailer lights not working.
