PRICE REDUCED MOTIVATED SELLER, I JUST GOT A 56' KETCH AND I AM LEAVING ON A CIRCUMNAVIGATION1957, 37'lwl, cor10 rolled (NOT CHINED) steel hull boat built in Holland. mint interior African mahogony and the floor is Burmese teak planks. 13 bronze ports that open, new head plumbing holding tank and valves, new freshwater tank 200 liters, new 35 gallon fuel tank, new guages, new Yanmar 3 cyl engine and tranny, new prop, fresh bottom job coal tar flash coat of black paint anothr black then 2 coats red seaguar, both mast just redone, origenal cotton sails and new heavy duty sails, bildge is so pretty you could eat out of it, stained glass interior windows one has builders family crest made into it, all new marine grade wiring. 2 anchors with 200ft 3/8 chain on each, manual windless, i found four coins under the mast i put them back and added a fifth, can take half trade and need half cash, cars trucks bikes houses boats. I have a letter from the builder stating that construction had begun, pictures during construction, a letter stating competition, copies of each of the four owners documents and a letter from the daughter of the deceased builder as she is tracking down all her fathers boats of this make. The yard where this was built at in Holland, is now a hippy campground and mini marina.
