62' 1994 Motor-yacht/House Boat /LAB Steel Hull.

Selling my boat . Its is a 62' Steel hull ocean going boat made by Jacksonville Boat Company in 1994. Custom made. Power by a single engine cummins FWC diesel/ 20 KW air cooled German generator with low hours. Yacht has bow thruster (needs solenoid) to assist with steerage. Boat has been refitted and inside and out with in the past 8 mos. Recent (Oct/15)was pulled and bottom and hull completely stripped and re- painted. Have work orders. Inside completely recovered walls with new paneling and sealed or painted. Has central residential heat-pump system installed, large washer/ dryer/ two water heaters, new appliances throughout, dishwasher, range, refer. Galley up. Descend spiral staircase to sleeping quarters. 3 BR 2.5 bath. Two bath rooms below.1 Shower and one full tub. This boat has been use for a Live a board. The motors run fine, have 1300 as per timer.I suspect most of the hours we logged with the motor not running due to a defective ing. switch. They were run yesterday, operate fine. Has new roof, 1400 sq ft conditioned living area. New carpet, cable in every room, 50/100 amp 230v service Approx 35k spent on recent upgrades and maintenance, St. Johns River in Palatka Florida at Crystal Cove Resort. This is a house on the water. And is capable of traveling to any exotic location so desired. Has been in fresh to brackish water since built. I do not have specs on fuel capacity, holding tanks, ect . Has massive tanks below the sole that have no leaks and is currently ? gal. est. I put in 55 but have no idea what in it as no gauge works for fuel. This boat has a history of being owned by banks and I have no logs. I don't think its ever been out of St Johns river. Personal items not included

The boat needs some work, nothing major as to prevent it from being transported under it own power, but there are some leaks in the deck, not the hull. in the middle bedroom I used for an office. boat has been anchored out since hurricane Mathew, as the dock was destroyed and no slip avail in area. So some weather proofing is in order. No leaks in hull. bildg is dry. Batteries are new and good condition. I will not accept Pay Pal. Will take Visa/ Mc ect. for deposit. will respond to questions. Will have open house on Saturdays. Can be viewed by contacting local captain for tender trips for $20.00 other times. Be advised this is not a $500,000. yacht anymore. Although it did cost a mil to build. Expect to get what you pay for. Check it out.Sold as is where is. No warranty. Am selling cause we have no place to dock the boat and It was our home, and we loved it. Ready to move on.
