1965 lion class sailboat

Description

this is a very classic 1965 ALL TEAK lion class sloop. Have all rigging, mast and boom, (both wood), new main sail, spare main, jib, and storm jib, engine is a atomic four which is currently in the shop being rebuilt. I have all the papers (repair bills, Storage, title, captains logs) for this boat going all the way back to when it was bought new in 1968, it needs to have the keel bolts re done, new aft bulkhead, interior referbished, engine dropped in, and cockpit rebuilt. Along with paint and varnish. I have already redone allot of the pieces to this boat, and she just had a new transom installed before I got her. This is a project boat and is being sold AS IS. I'm selling her because I just don't have the time any longer... :( the boat can stay at its current marina for as long as you like. Fee is 125$ a month.
