Weems & Plath Merkur Boat Compass

New, never used Weems & Plath Merkur ship compass. This compass was purchased by my wife several years ago when I bought my sailboat. But as it turned out, it did not fit, so I bought another one that did. It's been sitting in the closet ever since. Now that I'm looking to sell it, I just found out how much it is worth! If you go to the Weems & Plath website you'll find this exact compass listed for $1,045!
I am hoping to get $500 for it.
