Hello!
I am selling my 2015 420 Evoque - Blue MiniCat because I just bought a Capri 26'.
The boat is virtually new, has been in the water two times. No markings or scratches.
Purchased in August 2015 with a 2 year warranty - still under warranty!
If you were to buy it new from the website (overseas) it would cost about 5500 Euros to buy and ship to the US.
Sailboat is amazing, a quality inflatable catamaran, collapsible and portable.
Realistically - it takes about an hour and a half to assemble, but depending on strength, equipment, and familiarity, it can take much less time - marketed as 30 minutes and with two strong people this is possible.
It sails extremely well and with the right wind conditions - very fast and fun. You can use without the mast and take out fishing.
Sailboat fits in two sturdy bags that I fit in the back of my Mazda 3 and can fit in the back seat of a camry, requires little storage room, can fit in a closet! Compared with a 16' Hobie - storage is a huge advantage.
There are multiple YouTube videos showing/explaining how to assemble it. If you are familiar with rigging then assembling the catamaran is a breeze, if not, you will have to pay close attention to what goes where - attached pictures help with this as do the detailed youtube videos. Just google - minicat 420 setup.
I have attached the spare parts and accessories manual. If you are going to equip with an outboard engine (like the Hobie) you need to purchase or make an engine support (approximately 100$ and seen in the manual) and can hold more than 900 lbs of crew and cargo.
