The "Streaker" is a nice and extremely rare 1978 34ft Peterson Offshore Sloop. She is in good condition and has been well cared for her entire life. This boat was owned by a 75 year old gentleman who's health forces him to retire from boating.
The boat has a large forward stateroom with a V-Berth and full closet. Next to that is a fully enclosed marine head followed by a very roomy center salon with opposing benches and folding tables. A little further aft is a full galley port and a dinette/desk area starboard .
The boat is fully rigged and comes with at least 2 sails that are in good condition. A small dinghy is included too.
"The Peterson 34 is a performance cruiser. 91 were built by a Texas builder over a five year production period from 1976 to 1981. They are nationally renowned as a very fast, tough boats built to the highest build quality standards with respect to hull and deck structure.
It's powered by a 30 HP diesel inboard engine.
She is in good condition just needing a good cleaning etc. and commissioning before launching.
The boat is located in a full service marina in Glen Cove, New York. They can launch it for you to sail away or load it on a truck for a nominal fee.
