1986 Carver Voyager 28 Fresh water use only! Last chance!!!

I am selling a very nice Carver Voyager 28. It has been on Lake Erie its entire life. It was in the water last year. Winterized by the Marina and shrink wrapped. Need some spring cleaning. Has A/C with heat, Maps GPS with Lake Erie chip. Bottom paint needs touched up. Has Bimini top and fly bridge cover. The boat is Coast Guard registered. I am having the the documentation deleted and the boat will have a normal Ohio title!This will make a great weekend cruiser or even a a live aboard.Shore power cord, bumpers, ropes included.Needs a heating element in the water heater.I have started both engines on 5/10/2017. The run awesome!
