All used boats are soldAS IS,with the exception of late model boats that still have a factory warranty. If we sell a late model used boat with a warranty, we will transfer all warranties to the winner of the auction. Our company checks all engines or out~board motor's for compression and run ability. If anything is needed when a boat comes in, we do it. We make sure all boats are in good running order. Some may need a little TLC and some may be in A-1 Pristine condition! If they have power we make sure the power is ready to go! If it needs a tune up, we do it. If it needs a belt, we put it on.Please read carefully about each individual used boat. We cannot be heldaccountable for every light bulb, switch, or pump that may be good or bad on all used boats.Also, please note that any trailers that come with the boats are also sold AS IS. If a trailer needs tires, hubs, lights or anything else you will need to do the necessary repairs to make the trailer road worthy. On a good note most trailers are in over~all good condition.

This 1989 50ft Electra Yacht is way ahead of her time in design and styling. Built going into the early 1990's this European design has features you will find on some of today's finest yachts, and cruisers. This boat was brought in for Dry storage and drove in under her own power over 5 years ago, and has sat at the marina yard on blocks. high and dry ever since. The owner of the boat disappeared without paying his storage fees, and the boat has now gone into a liquidation auction. The hour meters only show 360 hours on twin turbo MAN Diesels. Because the yacht has sat for over 5 years now the fuel is rotten and the vessel will need a major tune up to get her on the water again. We have recently towed her back to the marina for this liquidation sale. We don't know much more than this but we will be guaranteeing that the engines are capable of running, because we know the vessel came in on her own power over 5 years ago. The worst thing you can do is let a boat sit, especially one this BIG.
