You are viewing a very rare opportunity, for any discriminatingclassic yacht lover. This is a 1935 Fellows and Stewart in remarkable condition. We acquired this beautiful vessel in trade towards a very comprehensive (read expensive) vehicle restoration. Our client has owned and lovingly maintained it for over 35 years. It has always been boat house kept.
The boat is ready to use and was just hauled in June 2017 for new paint. The hull was refastened in 2010 with bronze screws and a new transom was professionally installed also. At that time the Volvo 6 cylinder Diesel engine was professionally rebuilt and consequently only has 141 hours total use.
This vessel only drafts 32 inches and cruises effortlessly and efficiently @ 9 knots while using barely 3 gallons per hour. She will also get with it when needed and quickly move to her top speed of 15 knots. A laggard this girl is not!
This is not a fire sale and we not in a hurry to sell her. What we are really hoping for, is that right new steward to communicate with us. So why is it for sale? We wanting to make additional equipment investments and since we have two classic yachts, we placed them both on the market.
The other one is an extremely rare and desirable 1939 Wheeler Playmate. It is sells first we will cancel this listing and keep this Fellows and Stewart. If Fellows and Stewart sells first, we will keep theWheeler. If you like what you see, then don't linger.Cash in person is acceptable, or Certified Bank Check or Wire transfer. Yes the title is clear.
