1984 25th Anniversary CAL 24' Sailboat with Tandem Trailer

This is my 1984 25th Anniversary Special Edition Cal 24' Sailboat with tandem axlegalvanized trailer

I have owned the boat for the last several years and it has seen little use in that time. The boat is in good shape for its age. The following work was done within the last few years I have owned it. Please review all pictures. I have detailed pictures unlike most showing 5 pictures. Rudder was taken off each year and stored in a heated basement.

Hull is in good shape for its age with no soft spots on deck or major damage. Has usual cracks and dings here and there. Interior has all cushions, cooler step, drop down table, porta potie etc. Bulkheads are solid and well as stainless keel bolts. I hate to sell it but do not have time to use it and would rather let someone else enjoy it.
