FOR SALE Triton Trimaran tandem sailing kayak (sailboat w/trailer):
My second favorite sailboat $3550.
Please see the descriptions in the photo of the brochure put out by the manufacturer, it was built in 2005.
I have all the parts needed to sail, and a NJ registered trailer custom fit to the trimaran (1 7/8 ball receiver) to travel and store the boat. (combined total gross weight under 400lbs.)
I have the options listed:
• #1 forward cockpit spray shield,
• #3 Canvas covers for mast, covers for fore and aft cockpits
• #4 motor mount for trolling motor with hardware and holes ready
• #5 stern dolly for easy launching.
All lines in good shape, sail in good condition.
This boat is extremely stable as the beam when the amas are extended reach 12 feet.
The boat is extremely safe, as the sail is reefed horizontally (rolled up on the mast by inches). This reduces the sail exposed to the wind and reducing stress in high winds.
The sailing experience is great for the beginner as the controls are simple.
Steering with your feet, and one rope to control the angle of the sail.
(And a sheet rope jam cleat for lazy sailors like me.)
Also there is a cup holder for the captain's favorite beverage.
