The hull is comprised of Marine Grade Plywood,Direct from the Mill" The Bottom is then covered with cloth and sealed with West SystemEpoxy. Two Tone PPG paint.The Transom is modified from 3/8ths to 3/4 inch marine grade plywood, where the Bearer Beams are keyed in, to reduce hull flex, increasing fastener strength and hull tightness.
TheTop deck is also marine grade plywood covered in West Systems epoxy, The gray is only a protective latex primer, pels right off. The Bearer Beams are new and have been extended for hullstiffness. Stainless steel fasteners throughout. The Engine Mount Platform/Beams are Factory Cut, Solid Oak. 8 coats Hand Rubbed Oak Dash,MahoganyCockpit Floors.Redesigned features, Less holes, more air circulation and easy water drainage.Crucial for a Wooden Boats longevity.She just needs a couple of finishing touches and off you go.
