Glen L Tempest 27' Flying Bridge Cabin Cruiser

Built from Glen L plans in 1992 by my father. This boat is truly a fisherman's dream come true by his own hands. It is an all fiberglass hull boat. Very heavily built,(boat plus trailer weigh 12000#) made for big lake's and ocean's.
It has not been in water since 2005. It has been stored indoors since 1992. With the exception of the last two years where it has been stored under cover by my house. The engine runs very good and outdrive was professionally inspected. All systems power up and seem to be in working order. The issues that I know need to be addressed before launch. Alternator is not charging batteries. I have not tested the bathroom head. It is in need of some touchup paint below waterline but is minimal. It currently has one 12 volt engine starting battery and one 12 volt deep cycle battery for cabin utilities. For extended stay it would require more battery storage. It is set up for four deep cycle 6 volt batteries.
Trailer is in very good condition, new tires and all lighting and electric brakes are in working order. Everything goes with boat. All ropes, anchors, ocean fishing gear, radio's, sonar and radar. Kitchen is fully stocked with pot's, pan's, plates, utensils. Has two spare propellers and two spare trailer tires.
With a little time and TLC this boat will be someone's fishing buddy again.
