1972 Hirondelle 24 foot catamaran sailboat with Suzuki 9.9 hp 4stroke

I bought the boat 5 years ago and shipped it from Texas. Even though it looked good then, I did a lot of cleaning up on the previous owners handy work.Anyway it's ready to sail but the deck could still use painting. I did the underside a year ago and it only has 2 coats of underside paint, no buildup of layers of coatings.I have LED lights throughout the cabin as well as the navigation. Also have an inverter to run a window A/C that i set in one of the cabins entrance. This will also charge the batteries when plugged into a landline.Sails are crisp Beacon Sails* and are 5 years oldI installed 4 new tires and rims 1 year ago. Also bearing buddies on axles.I am including a 2008 Achillies 8 foot inflatable with a Honda air cooled 4 stroke 3 hp motor. The dingy is in great shape, always stored inside for the winter and includes the carrying case and air pump.I have more pictures to email, including dingy and it's motor.The catamaran's engine is an electric start power tilt 2006 Suzuki and was never used until I launched the boat 5 years ago. This motor is very dependable. Never let me stranded all starts immediately. Although electric start it does have pull cord start.I have several sailing equipment and supplies, that i am including with this sale. The items include: several size furling sails, 2 furling systems, 1 including the rods and drum the other for a hank on sail, 2 spinnaker sails, spinnaker poles, traveler. All could be sold to off set your purchase price.
