The only reason I'm selling this boat is because I have a new 39' Concept on order and will be taking delivery in the end of the month. Because I am buying a new boat from Concept, they will do all the sales paperwork for us and make an easy transaction for all. To confirm, I do have the title in hand for both the boat and trailer.

This is a special boat that gets tons of looks, pictures taken, comments, and is a perfect size for just one person to pilot... I take it out by myself all the time.

it is currently stored on a rack at Hidden Harbor Marina (with tower installed and in the up position), and the space can be transferred to you if wanted, also have a storage spot for the trailer.
