The appliance package includes an electric oven, microwave, and space for a full size refrigerator. Upgrades include a 50" TV that folds into the ceiling when not in use. The houseboat can accommodate two 50 to 115 HP outboard motors. Supported by large freshwater/waste tanks and thoughtful utility systems, this is equally suited for liveaboard living, short-term rental use, or a condo on the water retreat.
