26' 1994 Regal Cuddy Cabin W/ Volvo Penta 7.4L Fully Rebuilt Motor and Outdrive

This is a PROJECT that I have gotten 80-85% completed. I am moving and have to sell which is unfortunate because I have so much into it. Receipts show that the motor was removed and completely rebuilt by REX Hutchinson Motors totaling $11,830.19 just on motor rebuild alone. Dyno tested perfectly. New Camshaft, new valves, new main shaft, etc. Read the Receipts provided in pictures to see everything done to motor. The out-drive was completely rebuilt as well receipts totaling $4180.29.. Brand new stainless steel dual props, all new gaskets, seals, hoses, etc. Again, read the receipts to see all work done. As for aesthetics, new windshield tint, vinyl decal and labels, receipts totaling $1000.00.. Interior is in really good shape but carpet kit will need to be replaced. All seats and back cushions are in great shape. I will be up front with as much as I can label here on what needs to still be done. Lavatory (Head) needs testing and cleaning but looks to be in running order. (Never tested)

Fuel tank needs to be flushed out, Carpet kit needs to be replaced, dash with electronics needs to be finished, bondo, etc. (Look at pictures) electrical needs to be finished, 90% completed, what is done is done very well. Have a brand new Lowrance GPS fish finder that is already wired, just needs mounting. That was around $1200.00, never used. The bottom of the boat has been painted with anti-fouling paint. (Except areas where trailer mounts were covering. As for the gel coat, it has a few scratches, one larger scratch, but is in good shape. It can’t be started as the wiring is 90% completed plus water pump hose/configuration needs to be completed. I’ve tested and it does turn over but I didn’t want to run old gas into the new system. Have new fuel pump as well but haven’t installed it yet. Old one works but wanted new one.

The boat is registered and up to date till 12/31/2017. I want to make sure whoever buys this or is interested in it, knows that it is not a water ready boat but is really close and is a steal for what I am asking for it. The motor alone is worth more. So please, ask as many questions as you would like and if you want more pictures, I can easily get them.

As for the trailer, its registered too but is not in the best shape. I have new lights, winch and jack, just haven’t installed them yet. Trailer brakes don’t work and all boards will need to be replaced. I replaced with new wheels and “Take-off’” tires that are in fairly decent shape. I towed the boat home on the trailer from my shop and just took it easy, went just fine. I’m in the Placerville area and please, only contact me if you are interested in purchasing the boat.
