26' REGAL VALANTI 256 CABIN CRUISER VOLVO PENTA 5.7L V8 DUO PROP

Description

Up for sale is a 1994 Regal Valanti 256 Cabin Cruiser in excellent condition. This boat has very low hours,original leather in great condition,original bimini top, original engine and outdrive also in greatcondition. It is powered by a Volvo Penta 5.7L V8 engine (an expensive upgrade option and more reliable than the base model Mercruiser)coupled by the Volvo Duo Prop outdrive. Volvo Duo Prop drives are the most dependable and long lasting outdrives, offering absolutely no torque steer feedback by having the two props spincounterclockwise, very smoothmaneuverability and top performance. Both the engine and outdrive run great without any issues.
The boat comes with the original boat cover, wrap around zipper windows, front deck leather cushion, double axel trailer with almost new tires (less than 30 miles and less than one year old), LED trailer lights, PVC trailer guides, and a new winch. The exhaust manifolds and risers were replaced about 1 year ago and we have used the boat for less than 10 hours since then (two trips from Pompano Beach to Miami and back, about 22 miles away). This boat also has aHeat Exchanger option (a $900 option) which keeps raw water from going into the engine for cooling. The engine is cooled by antifreeze just like in cars. The sea water goes in thru the heat exchanger to cool the antifreeze and then dumps out thru theexhaust backout to sea.
It alsofeatures a Refrigerator, CD player, Waterproof Marine Radio with easy Emergency Call button and GPS waypoint Navigation with coordinates, can comfortably sleep 4 adults (two in forward cabin section and two aft, 110v outlets, AC/DC converter with shore power hookup (shore power cable included, almost new $450 item), water boiler for hot water, two new batteries replaced at the end of 2016.
This boat runs and handles great. We arethe second owner and we have had the boat for three years. The previous owner also took amazing care of this boat, storing it inside at the local marina, this boat was never left in the water. The boat has very few hours which reflect in the condition of theupholstery both outside and inside, the cover, the wrap around windows and overall condition of the boat. The engine is free of oil leaks, the transom is very clean with lots of room to perform maintenance on the engine, even oil changes are a breeze.
