Excuse the dirt, I have not had time to clean or wash yet. project I purchased 1989 sea ray 20' cuddy cabin with a 4.3 chevy, mercruiser outdrive that had been sitting for a year or two. It sat under trees and had lots of leaves etc. floor over gas tank is soft but is a small separate piece of plywoodthat can be replaced. guy I bought it from had the outdrive off to replace bellows and life got in the way and it sat. I bought it to clean it up and get it running and back on the water. I hooked a battery to it and it won't turn over, must have froze from sittingOR got water in it with engine cover off.

This was a very high dollar boat when new, came from Parker marine in Orlando. Nice cuddy cabin with a top hatch, factory am fm CD in cabin,even came with windshield wiper,stainless swim ladder that telescopes on back. Small cuddy cabin boats are hard to find, I kno, I looked. This is not a cheap bayliner the quality is the best.Has a niceSHORELANDR roller factory to the boat trailer, good clean FL for boat, bill o sale for trailer. 2 nice to part. Not a 2018 but not priced like one either. Engine will need work but parts are cheap, or part it out for way more. sold as is so don't bother me if you think you will complain .

The gimble bearing turns freely with no pla, has no corrosion on it and has lots of grease. The rubber bellows look good and newer like the guy did change them like he said he did.
