1996 Sea Ray Sundancer 270 w/ Twin 4.3 I/O

Description

1996 Sea Ray Sundance 270. Twin 4.3 V6 Mercruisers with Alpha 1 outdrives. This has been a great family boat but we just have no time to use it with 2 kids in college.
Lowrance color chart plotter and color fish finder. Boat has a vberth and mid cabin bed. Full head with shower and toilet. Cabin has A/C, hot water heater and fridge. I have replaced the 3 batteries and added a 3 bank battery charger in the last 2.5 years. Bimini top has been replaced and comes with new eisenglass which has never been used.
We have not used the boat much in the last 2.5 years. The engines were both replaced within the last 6 years and have less than 120 hours on them. Total hours on boat are 1033 - port tach is original, starboard has been replaced and shows 212. When the engines were replaced I changed the carbs to Edelbrock 1409 marine carbs with electric chokes. New starters, alternators, belts, hoses and gimble bearings. Port engine has replacement upper unit from SEI installed at time of engine replacements. Runs well, quick to plane and cruises at about 26mph and tops at over 40. Trim tabs are both in great condition and work perfectly.
The trailer is an aluminum tandem axle with disc surge brakes and bunks. Overall in great shape. Newer Maxxis tires on all 4 wheels.

The bad: The cockpit upholstery needs to be recovered and could use a good polish for the gelcoat. The trim for the outdrives is working on the starboard engine but not for the port side. Both engines run well and start right away. I would recommend going over entire boat prior to use just due to it not being used recently. The VHF will need to be replaced due to DSC registration in my name and the volume knob is rusted. I would recommend a new one registered to you.
