THE BAD!The boat had a new driveshaft and coupler installed spring of '18 by a dealer. The bolts between the transmission flange and driveshaft flange were not properly tightened. The two flanges separated, and the boat took on water.The motors got wet for a total of 5 hours, and were pickled same day. No damage occurred. The boat will need the shaft tube log replaced along with some fiberglass repair underneath. I was quoted by the dealer $8500.00 to make the boat perfect. I have all the paperwork to back everything.
