1980 Silverton 34 Convertible Twin Diesel Last chance this season! If it doesn’t sell, it will be winterized and resisted in spring at a higher price
If you are in the market for a first large projectboat, that can be used right away while making it your own, look no further than this 1980 Silverton 34 Convertible Flybridge with Hard top. She is worn but has life left in her. This Silverton was repowered in 1999 with two TAMD 41 Diesels @ 200 HP a piece. The engines have Approximately1000 hours each on them, young for Diesels. The boat spent time as a charter fisher before I picked her upabout 5 years ago.I did some deck work forward. She was really spongy up front. Not a professionaljob, but good enough to get her out fishing.
I had dreams of putting a lowerhelm in, along with a salon door. Just never got around to it. I do have the lowerhelm, cables, etcand the sliding salon doors, along with many extras including trim tabs, props and water separatorsthat I salvaged from another Silverton. Lower Helm and Salon Door pictured below. (Dry Salvage). All of this will come with the boat if wanted
ELECTRONICS - Furuno Radar, Garmin GPS, Older Lowrance Fishfinder.
The engines startrun and shift well. They are strong and quite reliable.Theport engine has a rebuilt turbocharger (still have the old one forcore). The deck still has some spongy areas, nothing you will go through, but could use some work.
This boat makes for a great liveaboard, as well as a good daily sound fisher.
This vessel is located in Bridgeport Ct. and is inFair condition, it is being sold as is, No Warrantee. Slip is paid for through the end of the season. No Shipping, buyer must pick up.
**Engine type is twin Diesel Inboards (Ebay only offers I/O in their drop down)
