S2 Yachts 11.0A 36' Sailboat New navigation, Wind Vane and EXTRAS !!!

Description

1981 36' Sail boat by S2 is in very good condition with a lot of work recently done and ready to go.She's been stored in New York area (Huntington) at Willis Marina until last fall, when she was ready for the adventure, spent several weeks along the coast and in the atlantic ocean, stopping here and there before docking at Cape Canaveral for a check up and to get ready for another trip, but plans have changed, my wife and I are going back to work.

In last six months she got:
-New navigation installed,-New dingy purchased,-Wind Vane auto pilot installed !!!- Volvo Penta MD17C engine had some minor service done, cooling system checked, belt replaced, fuel and oil filters changed 50 hrs ago, sail drive was replaced a few years ago per previous owner.-minor plumbing adjustments, cleaning.-New bilge pump.-Manual pump was serviced and works like new.-Sails are in good condition and were serviced about 6 months ago, all new running rigging.-Propane system installed.-New battery pack and one is a couple of years old.-New 12amp smart charger.-Exterior has been refinished white top, blue/black bottom paint, blue lines.. no name..-Critical deck penetrations re-sealed, leaks fixed.-3 Anchors.-Vests-Extra ropes.-Diesel 4 x 5 Gallon canisters (full)-Tanks flushed/cleaned.-All rigging,brackets,hold-downs checked/fixed
Registered in Florida and at the moment is in Cape Marina in a wet slip..
-All wiring is in great condition.-Original teak interior in great shape, most fabric is in perfect condition (a couple of cushions have little flaws, one has 2,5 inch cut, another is torn at the back) .Audio system with hd radio receiver works fine.-Depth sounder works fine (ray marine)-Water heater works fine.-Refrigerator is functioning great.-Engine was cleaned and partially refinished with rust reformer and matched paint, you'll see the spots if you take a closer look, overall is in great condition, hours are unknown.-Few minor flaws of interior that were not addressed..
So pretty much everything was checked and/or fixed, I'd be glad to show the boat in person, don't hesitate to ask.
Things suggested to be checked and to be done before serious sailing, none are critical but were planned to be done (did not have time and money to finish):
-One speaker is out.-to install pressure switch on the water pump, pressure test the system.-replace the wind indicator (there is a reflective indicator at mast).-to inspect the propeller and possibly get a newer one.-To install new thermostat for the refrigerator (works full force)
Have to get back to work for now as things did not work out for me the way i hoped.Oh well, bring me a reasonable offer and its yours. I'll update the listing when i get the videos from my trip.
