1973 36' Allied Princess Ketch Sailboat.
This is a live aboard project boat, that my wife and I have lived on for the last 8 years. Solid hull with only minor chipping on the bow. It has a 400w electric wall heater w/thermostat forward. Electric oil filled radiator heater in the main cabin. It also has a portable propane heater in the main cabin w/ 2 20lb propane tanks. Cooking is currently achieved with a portable butane stove.
It has 3 new port windows installed and 3 new windows still in boxes. Also included 'new in box' is a 2 burner Force 10 propane stove and a new hot water heater. The stove comes with a regulator and propane alarm censor. It has 5 sails including a Spinnaker with pole. The engine is a 1973 Westerbeke 4-107. It is not currently running. It needs a new water separator and a new fuel filter. (2 new fuel filters provided).
It has a new Y value for toilet discharge. Needs to be installed. Can be set to discharge into the holding tank or overboard.
Batteries need replacing or servicing. Also comes with a marine radio and a FM/AM CD player.
It will need new canvas topside and new cushion's in the main salon. The engine controls are currently tied in place, it will need some carpentry work to reinstall.
Fully restored this boat has a resale value of $65000.
