1969 Alberg 30 Sailboat

This is an in-progress project boat and is partially disassembled.
New windows ready to be installed.
Needs deck core replaced in a few areas.
Needs new hatches.
Interior is in overall fair condition but could use some paint and varnish.
Mast, Boom, and Standing Rigging are in usable shape. I do not know the age of the rigging.
All running rigging has been removed. 90% of hardware has been removed.
There is no motor or sails. The old Atomic 4 was removed by the previous owner.
Title in hand.
